Getting started with M-Box

Quotation and Order

Generate a quotation and place the order accordingly. Start with the trial unit first or talk to us for an all-around solution for a complete department or factory.

Order Verification

We will contact you to verify your order and double-check assessing the components needed to properly set up the system and get started.
For the selection of the electricity meters we will need details on cable diameter and electricity consumption range.

Upload Your Operation Details

To get started the operational details need to be uploaded:

– Factory locations
– Departments
– Machine types and groups
– Individual machines
– Products and projects
– Employees and system users

The above mentioned Operation Details information can be easily uploaded in bulk via Excel files.

Order Processing and Shipment

All orders will be processed immediately and shipped for arrival within 2 weeks after receipt of payment, based on destination and stock availability.

Installation

After they have arrived your own maintenance crew or contractor can easily install the components. We recommend certified electricians for electricity meters. Installation should take no more than 1 hour per monitoring unit. Clear and simple manuals on installation are available on-line from the customers’ section and hard-copies are included in the shipment. After installation, the units can be easily connected to the dedicated WiFi network.

Login

Once set-up all users can log in to the database portal and access the data generated by the system. Download the mobile app and access via mobile device and receive push notifications according to the settings selected.
