PRODUCTION MONITORING SYSTEM

How to Monitor CNC and EDM Machines Using Monitor-Box System

Video on Youku Player

Watch this video to learn how to monitor CNC and EDM machines using Monitor-Box system. Magnetic smartcards are used to register the operator of the machine. Real-time data is collected from each machine you decided to connect, and stored in the cloud. Monitor-Box is universal. It fits any machine type.

We develop hardware and software to monitor the production process.
Our M-box collects machine data and records electricity consumption.
Real time data is collected from the machine, as well as the electricity meter.
We use magnetic smartcards to register the operator, as well as which part or parts are on each machine.
Data is sent to a junction box, and from there to the master box, which communicates with the PC.
From PC the data goes every five minutes to our Microsoft Azure servers.
Notifications for production problems go every minute.
A network of servers processes the data and displays it on the website or on your phone.
