Monitor-Box is a software subscription service and customers pay following fees:<\/p>\n

The Monitor-Box set-up fee includes 3 months free subscription. Within the 3 months of activation (and maximum 6 months after shipment) 1 year of subscription fees are invoiced. The next invoice will be sent 1 year later. In the unlikely case of a system downtime period of more then 1 day, this period will be added to the subscription period and the new subscription start date will be postponed with the accumulated length of the downtime.<\/p>\n
In case additional\u00a0components are ordered during the subscription period the procedure is similar. Free subscription of 3 months is included in the setup. The expiration date of the subscription period however will be synchronized with the original subscription period expiration date.<\/p>\n
For example:<\/strong><\/p>\n Installation date: April 1<\/em> Add-on installation: October 1<\/em> Flexible subscriptions (on selected models only): we invoice an advance equal to a full year regular subscription. Unused days are deducted from following year’s subscription fee, overspend days will be added.<\/p>\n In this manner the paperwork is kept to a minimum with 1 invoice per year for ongoing business.<\/p>\n Mentioned amounts are indicative in US$, exclusive of VAT or sales tax and may invoiced in local currency at prevailing exchange rate.
